It clearly explains all the benefits and also provides them with the first offer from you to attract them to come back again on an ordered basis. Customer communication could be in the form of postcards or e-mail.
Once your customer receives their card, you will be able to add points to their account every time they pay a visit using the terminal app. Our free app is available through the Apple app store and Google play store. Whenever the customer spends one pound, they will receive 1 point in their account of their card. This points to pounds ratio can be changed in your account settings. Once they reach their threshold limit of ten pounds, a reward voucher is being sent to them by post to urge them to visit yet again.
As the customer keeps on adding points and reaches a reward level, a reward voucher is being sent out via post or e-mail. This is quite similar to how you get Tesco points statement with accumulated points. Customer Relationship Management
